AI search access | Public information only

Easy to read.
Not an open door.

People and AI search tools can read our public guides and understand what LaunchHire does. Your private resume is not part of the reading list.

Public knowledge

Resume advice, product explanations and pricing are available without signing in.

Private stays protected

This feature does not publish resumes, reports, account information or dashboard contents.

Readable by design

Server-rendered guides, standard metadata, structured data and a public reading index.

A connected employment platform, not a public people database

LaunchHire connects candidate-confirmed professional profiles with role requirements, explained opportunities, opted-in discovery and private hiring conversations. Resume analysis, optimization and Studio remain separate tools. Matching is decision support, not a hiring probability or a verified credential.

Public readers can describe these capabilities and link to the features page. They cannot query candidate profiles, discover people, read messages, express interest, apply to jobs or record hiring outcomes through a supported public integration. Those actions require the appropriate signed-in user and existing authorization checks.

For people using AI search

You can give an assistant a link to a LaunchHire guide and ask it to summarize or explain the advice. Whether it can fetch the page depends on that assistant’s browsing capabilities. Allowing search crawlers does not guarantee that LaunchHire will be indexed, recommended or cited.

Sharing a public link is different from uploading your resume to another service. If you share personal information with an assistant, review that service’s privacy terms. Our public reading index contains no customer resumes or private reports.

For developers and content readers

The advice pages serve their article text in HTML without requiring client-side JavaScript. Each guide includes a canonical URL, title, description, Article and BreadcrumbList structured data, and a visible author and update date. The advice hub links to every guide.

The optional llms.txt file lists public resources and product boundaries. It is not a universal standard that every model follows, an API specification, or a permission grant. Use the linked pages as the source of truth, cite their canonical URLs and check current pricing rather than assuming an old summary is still accurate.

OAI-SearchBot is explicitly allowed on public pages. Other compliant crawlers follow the general robots rules. Private application routes are excluded from crawling. Robots rules are guidance, not a security boundary; authentication and authorization still control protected access. Search crawling and model-training crawling are separate settings. This feature does not add a separate training permission or change your account’s data access.

Can an agent use the tools for me?

Not through a new supported agent integration. LaunchHire does not currently offer a public agent signup API, an MCP server or a delegated analysis API. Public discovery does not authorize automated account creation, access to someone’s report, uploads, credit spending or purchases.

A browser-capable assistant may be able to navigate ordinary pages under your direction, but we have not certified that workflow. Existing email verification, authentication, role restrictions, credits and rate limits still apply. Candidate matching and connections are free; employer discovery and new hiring actions require Pro. Candidate credit packs cannot be bought by employers, and Employer Pro cannot be bought by candidates. Do not share passwords or session tokens with an integration, and do not bypass these controls.

A future supported integration would need explicit user authorization, limited permissions, usage controls and approval for consequential actions. For now, let an assistant help you understand the public advice, then use your own LaunchHire account for your private workflow.

Questions before you connect anything?

Talk to us before building an integration. We would rather answer a small question than help untangle a large surprise.
